Full Job Description

We have a vacancy for a hospitality team leader to join Genting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of our bar/restaurant, supporting and motivating colleagues.,

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food health and hygiene procedures and legislation and licencing laws at all times.
  • Manage and develop the team members effectively, always encouraging a customer-focused attitude.
  • Adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including shift changes.
  • Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain all bar and restaurant stock levels as required.

    Have you got experience working in a busy bar or restaurant? Are you a great team player?, Self-motivated, driven and passionate about delivering a high-quality service for our customers.
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a busy bar is essential.
  • Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
