- Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene standards in food storage, preparation, and delivery.
- Maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety regulations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of kitchen checks.
- Taking pride in the preparation, presentation, and service of high-quality food.
- Diligently recording food wastage in accordance with your hostel's procedures, with a focus on minimizing waste to maximize profit.
- Serving food and drinks with warmth and hospitality, while engaging in authentic, inclusive conversations. Suggesting enjoying dinner with us or offering a beverage or dessert as you assist with table service, ensuring a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members and guests.
- Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
