Host - Central London

As a Host, your main role will be to:

• provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests
• ensure that all guests are met and seated at the lounge in a timely and efficient manner
• ensure the Host desk is set for service everyday
• process accurate billing for guests
• provide guests with full information of the offering in Roux at The Landau
• take accurate reservations
  
  warm, confident and welcoming personality
• excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with our guests
• ability to manage and prioritise
• ability to multi-task and assist on the floor when necessary
• have working knowledge of Micros/Open Table
• carry out administrative tasks when the need arises
