Full Job Description

Reporting directly to the Accommodation Manager, the selected applicant will be the friendly face of EF, visiting potential host families, guiding them through paperwork, and ensuring all information is properly uploaded to our system. You'll also play a part in ensuring safeguarding, keeping our records up-to-date and joining in on EF events. Flexibility is key, as occasional evenings and weekends are part of the job. A driving license is essential since you'll be out meeting families around Brighton.,

  • Visiting host families and completing paperwork (a strong focus on compliance)

  • Liaising with our existing host family community and handling enquiries

  • Matching international students with host families and assisting in placements

  • Participating in EF events

  • Following up with newly collected paperwork and entering information into a database

  • Keeping host family database up-to-date

    Highly motivated, energetic and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality

  • Friendly and approachable manner, not afraid to speak to strangers

  • Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised

  • Excellent communicator with external clients such as host families, students, and colleagues

  • A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential

  • Have the right to live and work in the UK

  • Complete fluency in English

  • All offers are subject to a clear DBS check and two references

  • Has access to a car (desired)
