Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly and welcoming Restaurant Hostess to join our team at our London branch.,

• Greeting guests as they arrive and providing them with a warm welcome


• Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring they are seated comfortably


• Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements


• Communicating with the kitchen and servers to ensure efficient service


• Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones and taking reservations


• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas
  
  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
