Full Job Description

  • Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Coordinate group bookings, events, and private dining inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Maximise table bookings through effective scheduling and seat allocation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist with the coordination of special events and private functions.
  • Liaise with past and new customers to gain new bookings in line with predetermined targets
