Arcade Food Hall at Centrepoint London, are recruiting for a Host Manager to help oversee our Host team, welcoming guests and manaaging our Reservations system, This is a great opportunity and time for an experienced Host Manager to get onboard our growing group.

The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink.

Located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London's Centre Point, Arcade Food Hall showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands, and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof.

Nine brands fill the space: Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade's flagship southern Thai restaurant; Hero Indian Fast Food, serving up North Indian street food; Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen Shatta & Toum; American diner-style food at Manna; Indonesian street food from Bebek! Bebek!; and Japanese sushi and an omakase experience from Sushi Kamon.

Drinks from our destination bar, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully-packed calendar of events completes the line-up

Host Manager at Arcade Food Hall

  • Take a proactive approach to customer service and pre-empting needs.

  • Greet guests in warm and professional manner.

  • Manage guest expectations by providing accurate wait times.

  • Effectively manage SevenRooms bookings and walk-ins to maximise covers during service.

  • Maintain weekly meetings and regular liaison with Head of Sales to manage large bookings effectively

  • Ensure smooth running of the reception desk and entrance, work closely with the floor and management teams to deliver a successful service.

  • Ensure floor and seating plans are up to date and accurate.

  • Build a long-term rapport with customers to enhance their experience.

  • Ensure guest notes are up to date and communicated to the front of the house and kitchen teams.

  • Transfer open bar tabs to the correct tables when moving guests from bar to tables.
