Host - The Cocktail Club - London

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, seat guests, take orders, check in and check back on guests and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.,

• Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, managing our guests' reservations, and ensuring they receive the most iconic welcome!
• Escort guests to their tables and give them a tour of our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
• Take orders from guests and bring drinks to the tables.
• Interact with guests.
• Be full of energy and build a positive rapport with guests.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organising reservations, and turn over times on Design My night. (Full training provided).
  
  Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest enquiries and address any issues that may arise.
