Hostel Worker

Supporting homeless males over the age of 18 who are working towards resettlement, health and wellbeing and by using a person cantered approach . Support will also be given to client with substance misuse and mental health and also in providing meaningful daily activities, Key working clients on a weekly basis by creating support plans, risk assessments and providing suitable support whilst our clients are living with us
