Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant - Mayfair, London

To assist the F&B Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service in the Clubroom restaurant, bar and room service if needed,

• To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel
• Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times
