We require a dynamic and hands on leader who will be the first point of contact for Rooms, F&B, and Facilities while ensuring alignment with the hotel's overall goals and vision. You will lead by example and set the tone for a positive, engaging work culture. Take ownership of team performance, holding leaders accountable while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and act as a coach to all managers to builds confidence in the team and recognising good performance. Working closely with the General Manager to execute the hotel's engagement plan. You will drive the implementation of strategies to enhance the colleague experience and improve Heartbeat Survey Scores (our Employee Satisfaction Survey) while ensuring high standards of guest service and maintaining the luxury experience the hotel is known for. We are looking for someone to help be the face of the hotel's values and vision, inspiring the team to embody the brand. To help ensure consistent delivery of fantastic experiences through clear communication of the purpose and vision of the hotel in a motivating and meaningful way.
