This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team. This role would suit someone with experience working in a similar hotel environment. You will work alongside the General Manager, to run the hotel on a daily basis. • You'll be managing a wonderful and talented hotel team.
• Your General Manager, will also look after other hotels, so you'll step up when they aren't around.
• All our Heads of Department partake in the Duty Manager rota.
• Sadly, sometimes people leave, but when they do, you'll be able to recruit the new talent for your team.
• Have the pleasure of training our new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.
• We are one team, so this is role will be operational, supporting each department where needed.
