A fantastic Hotel Manager job in Cirencester, is available for a boutique hotel with plenty of exciting amenities. The Hotel has had excellent investment in the facilities and has a Restaurant, Bar, Spa facilities and ample space for various meetings & events (including weddings). There is also a strong team in place within the Hotel, allowing you to hit the ground running.,

• Manage all aspects of the hotel, ensuring a high quality of customer service is provided to all our guests
• Maintain and develop a strong and successful team, and provide support to the other department managers
• Help improve and grow the hotel, making the most of its unique assets
• Ensure all compliance requirements are achieved, such as Health & Safety, GDPR etc
Hotel Manager job in Cirencester, Ideal Candidate:
• We are very open minded on the specifics! Experience at Deputy General Manager level is essential.
• A hands on operator who will lead the team from the frontline.
  
  Paying a salary of £48,000 to £52,000, negotiable on experience.
• Full-time, permanent position.
