Full Job Description

As Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming and orienting guests to the property, informing them of additional options and services, and anticipating the guest's needs. As an ambassador of service to the guest, the Receptioniust's primary role is to ensure the guest's expectations are met and deliver the highest level of service to our guests in all Guest Experience related functions.

Working closely with all departments across the hotel to maximise efficiency and communication to ensure that service delivery across the hotel runs seamlessly.

You will be available to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and experience.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

You will work with a brilliant team across all departments of the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5 luxury hotel operation

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure

  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Your charisma, individuality and positive energy

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team

  • Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
