Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Hourly Paid Counselling Lecturer who can use their knowledge to join our professional team and build on the achievements of our counselling students.

This post requires a highly motivated and flexible hourly paid lecturer to become an integral part of our counselling teaching team. This role will require you to teach at our Hemel Hempstead campus, and potentially online.

You will initially teach on our Level 2 CPCAB programmes and be committed to assisting our adult learners achieve their true potential and exceeding their expectations.

This role requires an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

The successful applicant should be an experienced qualified practitioner with a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Counselling or equivalent, and a minimum of 200 hours of clinical practice. You will need to currently be in clinical supervised practice.

Previous experience of teaching counselling to adults at levels 2, 3 and 4, ideally with a recognised teaching qualification is desirable., Disability Confident

This is an hourly paid position starting from January 2025.
