Full Job Description

The housekeeper is an integral part of our team in ensuring the safe and effective care of children admitted for acute and elective reasons.,

  • To support the Ward Manager in the day to day running of the Wards, together with specified tasks to meet individual patient needs as determined by the Ward Manager / Deputy Ward Manager or Nurse in Charge.
  • To be responsible for general housekeeping duties within the wards.
  • To work closely with contractors and support services and monitor quality standards and rectify deficiencies in liaison with the Ward Managers.

    The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
