Full Job Description

At the Plassey we want our guests to enjoy the best possible stay and pride ourselves in offering comfort and quality. This is made possible by the hardworking and passionate housekeeping team.

Due to expansion, we are now looking for a pro-active and experienced cleaner to work as part of our housekeeping team on a part-time basis. Hours of work, every Monday & Friday from 9am - 5pm. Due to the location of the business you will need your own transport.

You will be well presented and take pride in your work. You will have excellent timekeeping skills and a good work ethic.

You will be at the heart of making sure that every guest can feel comfortable and relax while they stay with us. You'll do this by being committed to what you do, you will possess the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining meticulously high standards of cleaning and hygiene.

You will be working both independently and as part of the team and will keep our lodges and brand-new safari tents spotless so as our guests can enjoy the highest quality glamping experience.

You will have at least 1 years' experience working in a similar role, and will work alongside our friendly team. You will need to be highly organised and methodical and have a meticulous eye for detail, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Della and Tony's son, John, came on board in 1992 and the Plassey has now been passed on to the second generation. With wife Sarah, John is continuing to run and develop the five-star platinum park.
