Full Job Description
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness of the home is to the highest standard, ordering and storing of cleaning products and taking responsibility to minimise the risk of infection within the home. You will promote and encourage service user's privacy and personal space and keep records up to date and factual.
Previous experience of Domestic work or a housekeeper role.
Able to interact with residents professionally and respectfully
Able to organise and manage workload and prioritise duties.
Working towards or holds a relevant NVQ in Basic Food Hygiene and an NVQ or relevant in Cleaning.

You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK., Nestled in its own beautiful grounds, The Hollies Care Centre is conveniently located within easy walking distance of local shops, a health centre, the library and all the other amenities that Hessle has to offer. At The Hollies Care Centre we put the needs of each individual first. Our staff receive ongoing specialist training in all areas, including dementia care, to ensure that our residents receive the very best care possible.
HICA Group are a 'Not for Profit' organisation providing a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community.
Rate of Pay - £11.50 per hour
Hours of Work - 18 hours per week
Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)., Paid breaks
