Full Job Description

Hope House Children's Hospices have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team based in Conwy. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 30 hours per week. In return, our Housekeeping Assistant will receive a competitive rate of £ 22,308 - £23,677 per annum F.T.E.

At Hope House Children's Hospices, we have a vision to reach every child and family who needs us and to ensure that no one faces the death of a child alone., Your role as Housekeeping Assistant will be to provide a homely environment in which families feel welcome and comfortable. To maintain the standards of hygiene appropriate to the standards set by the organisation., To closely work alongside Care Team colleagues in the delivery of support to users and their families
Adopt a flexible approach both to your daily duties as necessary, providing a seamless support service to the hospice
Ensure Infection Control measures are followed meticulously
Work positively and methodically as part of a small facilities team
To provide a hygienic environment in which users and their families feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay

We are looking for someone with excellent cleaning skills and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with our infection control procedures and regimes, whilst demonstrating a flexible approach to work with the ability to deal with competing demands. You will be flexible in your approach to working hours and time, which will include rotational weekend working., Disability Confident
