Housekeeping and Catering Team Leader / Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping and Catering Team Leader/Manager to oversee our housekeeping and catering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our teams deliver a 5-star experience, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and service quality.,

• Lead and manage housekeeping and catering teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall experience.


• Work closely with two other team leaders, collaboratively driving performance and ensuring a seamless operation.


• Ensure excellent communication and team coordination across shifts, with a focus on maintaining a high-quality environment.


• Oversee and support the catering team, although prior catering experience is not essential - just a willingness to get involved.
  
  Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a similar setting.


• Flexibility to work both shifts is ideal, but availability for the late shift (12pm - 8:30pm) is essential.


• Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to support various departments.


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
