Full Job Description
- Manage and inspire the team, driving performance through hands-on leadership to maintain high standards in guest service, room cleanliness, and overall quality.
- Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training, and performance management of the Housekeeping Team, ensuring cleaning standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Take accountability for managing laundry, stock, rotas, and labour controls to ensure smooth operations and cost-efficiency.
- Have an eye for detail, ensuring brand standards are adhered to in all rooms, delivering a consistently high-quality experience for every guest. What we need:
- You to demonstrate strong knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH, and manage all audit processes to an excellent standard, ensuring 100% compliance throughout the hotel.
- Use your excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure while leading the housekeeping team to deliver top service and performance.
- Be agile in your thinking and manage your time effectively to meet business needs, ensuring smooth operation in both housekeeping and front office management.
