Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanliness of the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategic cleaning plan. You will lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with schedules/procedures and contribute to processes to ensure standards are achieved. Maintain staff records, ensuring rosters meet service needs. Be involved in staff induction/training and complete staff development reviews. Report equipment/environment defects and manage/replenish housekeeping related stock. In return, you will receive support, training, and guidance to enable you to undertake a range of duties to support your team.

We currently have a permanent Housekeeping Supervisor vacancy at Pershore Community Hospital 10 hours per week Monday to Friday - 17:00-19:00 This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and varied environment, working alongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanliness of the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategic cleaning plan.
