Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Delamere team on a part time basis, Mondays and Fridays, 14 hours per week. Your shifts will be 9am till 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break. mIn return we will offer you an hourly pay rate of £11.74 per hour (increasing to £12.32 per hour if the location meets the monthly targets), a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK's most stunning forest environments. Successful applicants will receive an initial telephone interview where full details on duties and hours will be provided., Open all year round, our Housekeeping Supervisors are allocated a set number of cabins per changeover day and, working with the housekeeping teams, you are responsible for ensuring that the cabins are cleaned to our exceptional brand standards. Housekeeping supervisors must motivate, train, and support their team throughout the day. They are also responsible for checking that the cabin has the correct inventory and doing basic health & safety checks on smoke alarms and fire extinguishers for example.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who work with energy and enthusiasm to deliver on our exceptional brand standards making sure every guest experience that Forest Feeling. The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and work to set timescales is essential. Previous housekeeping experience is also essential, and experience of managing a team is desirable. We are looking for someone with a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and get involved.

Our housekeeping team show attention to detail and are great team players. You will ideally have some previous supervisory experience in a similar role are happy with working in an outdoor setting and helping your team.
