Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Full time supervisor to work Tuesday through to Saturday. Supervising and working alongside the team you will work a mixture of early ( 7am to 3 pm) shifts and late ( 11 am to 7 pm) shifts

This is a varied and rewarding role and the team work alongside colleagues in department and ward areas to ensure the Hospital is a clean environment

UK Visa and Immigration Sponsorship: Please note that we do not offer UKVI sponsorship for these posts, and so all applicants require a current right to work in the UK., You will provide day to day supervision and support to the team. Provide ongoing and induction training to staff and ensure the team are following policy, guidance and work schedules.

You will work alongside the other supervisors to ensure the rota is adequately covered both for planned absences and sickness

You will ensure routine and ad hoc cleaning requests are met and that planned deep cleans take place. You will undertake audits to ensure high cleaning standards are maintained.
