Full Job Description

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests using our beautiful rooms and cottages.,
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and inspected to the highest standard according to The Wild Rabbit guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including the Terrace, on a daily basis.
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the laundry department.
- Efficiently manage room turnovers on changeover days.
- In the absence of the Head Housekeeper, handle ordering supplies, addressing guest room damages, and resolving housekeeping team concerns.
- Ensure work equipment is well-maintained, and collaborate with the Head
- Housekeeper to arrange repairs or replacements as needed.
- Manage stock levels, conduct monthly toiletries stocktakes, and ensure proper organization when the Head Housekeeper is unavailable.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities and welcome items, replenishing them as needed.
- Undertake tasks delegated by the Head Housekeeper and delegate responsibilities to Room Attendants as necessary.
- Support and assist your team, leading by example, and helping train new staff.
- Collaborate with senior management on stock checks and other operational tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and striving to exceed expectations.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Proactively approach and assist guests, always ensuring their requests are met with a positive attitude.
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
