Housekeeping Team Leader

As our Housekeeping Team Leader you will oversee the daily operations ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and the team adhere to health & safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment. You will be expected to provide effective mentoring and training to the staff guided by the Housekeeping Manager to achieve and maintain quality brand standards through the execution of departmental trainings including the IHG Way of Clean program. You will be required to conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet hotel standards. Address and resolve guests' queries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Working closely with the front office, maintenance, and other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery. Building relationships and responding to workplace changes with flexibility and optimism whilst remaining focused with a high attention to detail even when deadlines, priorities and practices change and above all show we care and want to make a positive difference for our guests.
