Full Job Description

As Housekeeping Team Leader , you will assist the Housekeeping Manager with the rota and allocation, deal with guest enquiries and ensure your Attendant's are producing quality work. Working very closely with the Engineering team on any issues with rooms, using the system provided. You will also assist the team to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, heart-of-house and non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry) and this is a key role to the hotel achieving our KPI's with your team directly impacting our guest experience. You will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota basis.

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, or be an experienced Housekeeping Room Checker looking for that next challenge. You will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work around fluctuating occupancy and be very organised.
