Housekeeping Team Leader

As the Head of the Housekeeping Department, you will supervise the smooth and efficient running of the cleaning operation for the whole hospital and a team of eight Housekeeping Assistants. You will provide training and development within your team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved every day., esponsible for the organisation and allocation of duties, motivating and developing your team, monitoring cleaning standards, working with other Heads of Departments to ensure required standards are met, as well as conducting audits and actioning any findings from the audits.
