What You'll Do:

As a Housekeeping Trainer within the Traiing Deparment, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success. You'll:

- Implement our ALOHA Training Program to develop top-notch housekeeping professionals.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and monitor progress to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with management to address staff-related concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform quality checks and audits to uphold our commitment to excellence.

A passion for people development and the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or training (preferably in a large hotel setting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Resilience and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
