Housing Benefits & Systems Administrator

Are you a guru on housing benefits? Can you unravel or problem solve blockers to the payments of benefits?

If the answer to these questions is yes then we have the job for you.

Working with Support Workers you will guide the process of claiming exempt housing benefits for our residents on our Active Opportunity Pathways. Tracking progress and solving blockers to ensure that payments are made. Alongside this you will help us build a system to track individual claims and process payments with our Finance team. You will help us build a reporting suite that will provide clarity on the progress of claims so The Housing Network understands has sight of the overall picture.

This roles pays £32,000 and is based in our Luton head office Monday to Friday although we will consider hybrid working in the future.
