Full Job Description

As a Regional Housing Manager, you will have your own portfolio of properties in a specified region, managing the tenancies, leases and communities within a multi-tenure portfolio. Acting as an ambassador for United Response, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service to our residents and operational colleagues. You will be key to building trust, improving resident satisfaction and ensuring that our homes are maintained to a high standard.

Your experience of working with managing agents will ensure our contracts are utilised to their maximum potential, making positive improvements to the communities we serve. Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant Housing Level 4 qualification or willingness to working towards one
  • IOSH Managing Safely or willingness to working towards
  • Safeguarding Level 2 Training
  • Experience in Working for a social housing provider
  • Experience in Managing a geographically spread housing management patch
  • Ability to manage high workloads and competing priorities, Disability Confident
