Join our brand-new ShireLiving scheme at Whitchurch where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and meaningful support to our residents.
Here is what a typical night would look like:
Depending on the level of care needed, you will assist our residents as required from medication to personal care, welfare checks to answering pendant calls
You will complete 2 hourly checks around the building to ensure safety and security is maintained
You will help keep the premises ready for use the next day by completing cleaning and tidying up tasks
You will ensure all paperwork and documentation is scanned and filed

The first 10 days after you start, you will be on day shifts shadowing other members of the team to get to know our tenants and residents as well as learning on the job on night shifts. Your training will be during the day at Telford.
