Full Job Description

The team is responsible for providing a customer focused service to tenants and clients of Private Sector Housing via phone, email and letter. Dealing with disrepair to privately rented properties as well as the licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), and providing advice as well as signposting onto other relevant services.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
