Full Job Description

We are the largest social housing landlord in the New Forest and have been delivering additional homes for rent and shared-ownership for nearly ten years. With a firm pipeline for the future and a growing number of construction and regeneration projects that's where you come in.

We are looking for a Housing Development Programme and Project Manager to join our team and continue the rate of delivery towards our target and beyond.

With a list of land-led opportunities, regeneration projects and s106 sites coming forward we require an experienced Development Manager to lead, deliver, and handover much needed affordable housing to our Housing Teams.

Enjoying a diversity of activities you will take a senior role investigating and securing new openings, leading design teams, and overseeing building contracts for a range of projects from new build to conversions, brownfield to rural, and often to the latest Future Homes standards. We have it all to offer the right candidate across the beautiful and picturesque New Forest.

With Membership of a relevant professional body and substantial development experience, you will be able to fulfil contract administration roles; be a competent problem solver with a proven affordable housing delivery track record and be used to meeting the rules and requirements that go along with Homes England grant funding.

You can expect your strong project management and communication skills to be used to good effect liaising with colleagues and partners inside and outside the Council to move forward and meet our targets., Disability Confident
