As a Housing Officer at Karbon Homes you will provide an excellent housing and estate management service to our customers and communities. This opportunity will empower you to make a difference to peoples lives by allocating their home and ensuring the estates are well managed and a safe and secure place for them to thrive.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individualto the role of Housing Officer on a part time basis within the general housing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to our customers and the communities they live in., You'llwow us with your enthusiasm and demonstrate that you have the ability, attitude and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues and support the work of Karbon in our communities. It goes without saying that you will have good organisation, time management and ICT skills. But most importantly you will be great with people.

  • Housing Officer - 18.5 Hours. (Permanent)
  • + Salary is £35,117perannum (FTE) plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260per annum (pro-rata for part time) o Location: Stanley # Regular travel will be required. @ Some homeworking available/flexible working.
