Housing Resolutions Officer

Working as part of the place directorate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive, sensitive, and effective complaints service for tenants and residents.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints


• Identify learning and improvements from each complaint


• To work with stakeholders to prevent reoccurrence
  
  Experience of working and managing a caseload


• Demonstrate empathy and commitment to customers


• Challenge barriers to service delivery


• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
