Housing Specialist

Our Housing Specialist role is a unique opportunity to use your tenancy management and housing knowledge. You'll be triaging the often complex housing queries that come in to SNG, making sure we are responding to our customer's needs. There will be some case management as well. This is a desk based role where you'll be supporting our customers by telephone, email and our digital channels, actively engaging with them to understand their issue and resolving them in a timely and appropriate way. As a member of the Customer Services Housing Team you will be part of a growing, close knit and supportive team where you'll share experience, knowledge and ideas.

• Previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
• The ability to self-motivate and be highly organised
• Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to use multiple computer systems
• Previous experience of working with customers in a busy environment
• The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk

This will be a full time, 12 month fixed term role, where you'll be working from home and in the office at least two days a week.
