Full Job Description

1x Housing Standards Officers part time 18.5 hours a week permanent
1x Housing Standards Officers part time 18.5 hours a week Fixed Term Contract 8mths approximately.

As a Housing Standards Officer you will be joining the dedicated Private Sector Housing Team. Your primary focus will be ensuring the quality and standard of privately rented housing in Charnwood.

You'll do this by responding to complaints about disrepair from private tenants, building good relationships with landlords and tenants, completing inspections and reports.

We're committed to your personal and professional development and we'll offer training to you if you need it.

This is a hybrid role and we're flexible to your preference on the amount of time that you work from home or from the office.

The role includes on-site visits and inspections in the Charnwood area.
