Full Job Description
To perform housing support services, ensuring Health & safety, security and reception services.
To participate in routine maintenance checks ensuring any anomalies or defects are reported appropriately and in a timely manner.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Able to maintain clear, accurate & timely written records.
A commitment to team work.
A commitment to training and development.
Able to work on own initiative & be aware of the boundaries & limitations of the role.
Able to prioritise work and assess need.
An understanding of customer confidentiality

EXPERIENCE
Essential
Previous experience in a customer-facing work setting.
Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
Desirable
To have experience of working with vulnerable adults in any setting.
OTHER

You will be non-judgemental, honest, reliability and trustworthy.
You will be a good time manager.
To be flexible and willing to cover the working rota and provide cover for holidays and sickness, training courses etc.
