Housing Support Officer - Part Time

Banbury

£13,061 - £13,748 per year

18.75 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday

We have a great opportunity to join our Housing 360 team in the role of Housing Support Officer. This is an exciting time to join the team as you'll be helping to shape the team's processes by looking at the way we work in a new light.

During your working day you'll be visiting multiple properties, including houses and flats, within your geographical area, completing annual fire door checks.

The role of Housing Support Officer will include:

-Completing property inspections
-Completing health and safety compliance checks
-Updating resident information forms
-Regular contact with customers within their properties or while in the community, escalating any concerns to the local Housing team
-Extensive travel throughout the geographical area covered

Skills and experiences:

-Previous experience within either customer service or property inspection.
-Knowledge of compliance and health and safety
-Great organisation skills and ability to manage and prioritise your own diary
-Clear communication skills
-Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines
-Competent using mobile technology to complete worksheets
-This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
