Full Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide a generic housing related floating support service in Caerphilly for People aged 18+. Support will be person centered, focusing on realistic agreed goals and appropriate outcomes.

You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with appropriate business user insurance and be willing to use your own car for work purposes. The post holder will be required to undergo an Enhanced Criminal Record check before starting work.
