The role of the Team Manager is pivotal in:

  • Developing and managing the estate management, tenancy and allocation service
  • + Providing effective leadership to drive performance improvement o Developing and continually improving the service and developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Housing Team Manager in the Hexham Housing Management Team., We are looking for someone who will provide effective leadership and empower the team to provide a high quality, cost effective and customer focused service
