Housing Worker

We have recently reset our Housing Management team, and are looking for new team members who can ensure that we are able to provide a high quality housing and property management service to Second Step tenants. We aim to be service user centred and to give our tenants the most positive and supportive tenancy experience possible. Most of our properties are part of the Bristol Homelessness Pathways, and we work with a range of people with complex needs. This is a challenging role with varied work streams and many interchanging deadlines, so we are looking for someone with good organisational skills and attention to detail. Equally we are looking for someone who displays initiative, is self-motivated and is a team player., The job purpose is to provide a high quality housing management service to an agreed number of service users within the aims and objectives of the designated Second Step service.
