Full Job Description
The HR and Accounts Administrator will join our small, friendly HR and Accounts Teams in providing a high quality, efficient HR and Accounts service for the school. You will provide high volume and fast-paced effective administrative support across the HR function with particular focus on recruitment administration, employee records, absence recording, operational HR administration and Accounts data entry and reconciliation.
- Have experience of working at administrative tasks in an efficient and pro-active manner.
- Be friendly and approachable.
- Be highly organised.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure.
- Have the ability to prioritise and work accurately with a high attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication skills, particularly in the drafting of correspondence, formal letters and responding to queries.
- Be able to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy team.
- Be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel and ideally have experience of using databases.
- Understand and respect sensitivity of HR and Accounts information and employee records and ensure confidentiality of all written and verbal communications.
Permanent Blossom House School 5 days per week Monday to Friday (09:30 - 14:30) Term time plus 3 weeks in the school holidays (approx. 39 weeks in total) £15,600 per annum (based on FTE £28,000), based on experience.
