Full Job Description

the Bristol City FC HR team. This role will offer valuable insight into a
wide range of HR related work and the successful candidate will be
integral to the running of the HR function across the club.,

  • Ensure employee records are up to date and accurate at all times


  • within the HR files and across all HR systems.
  • Assist with any recruitment needs, including advertising vacancies,


  • assisting with CV shortlisting, arranging interviews and preparing
    offer letters.
  • Manage the administration for the onboarding process, including


  • issuing new starter paperwork and conducting pre-employment
    screening in line with safer recruitment practices.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll

  • Process employee status changes (e.g. promotions, change of


  • positions, change in working hours) and ensure relevant paperwork
    is completed.
  • General administration support as and when required

    Essential

  • Currently hold or working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


  • with discretion.
  • Possesses excellent administrative, organisational and


  • communication skills.
  • Is a strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Has a good working knowledge of HR processes and procedures

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience in a fast paced HR administrative role., Human resources: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • CIPD (preferred)
