Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Administrator to join our team at the UCL School of Management. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and effective HR service to all members of staff, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. You will offer expert advice on staffing procedures related to probations, appraisals, payroll, recruitment, and selection.

The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a flexible approach, capable of adapting to changing priorities and providing support across various HR functions. You will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
