Full Job Description

Provide accurate, consistent, efficient and timely support to drive operational excellence in all aspects of the employee life cycle, applying the 4-eye principle.

Work collaboratively within the HR team to ensure overall aims and objectives are achieved in a fast-paced enviroment.,

  • Collect personal data, create employee contracts. Follow up with candidates post-offer and liaise with Payroll to enable Hire Part 2 to be actioned in a timely manner.

  • Create letters od Variation.

  • Leavers: produce letters to employees leaving the business to communicate effectively, advise Payroll to enable action in a timely manner and in line with Group requirements.

  • Manage employee files in PDOC ensuring all required documentation is present, named and stored correctly having chosen the correct document type so that employee sees what they should and HR only documents are available to HR only.

  • Monitor integration reviews, remind managers, take appropriate action escalating when appropriate.

  • Monitor fixed term contract end dates, ensure timely processing of extensions and/or termination.

  • Management of Externals via MyPeople/My Organisation.

  • Support the HRIS Manager - UK to keep the Intranet up to date at all times.

  • Manage requests for Staff Purchases.
