Full Job Description

Reporting into the Director of People & Culture based in the UK, this is a stand-alone role where you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of people operations activities through efficient administrative processes. You'll work alongside a small and supportive HR team where we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality and professional service to the business.

Requirements

  • Responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the administrative activity across an international people team (supporting 7 countries).

  • Ensuring that tasks and processes are undertaken efficiently and effectively across the employee lifecycle (encompassing recruitment support; onboarding; pay and benefits; engagement; performance management; learning and development; off boarding).

  • Process monthly changes to terms including creating letters, completing checklists and system updates.

  • Work as part of a team in the shared people mailbox and respond to email queries from employees, managers and other stakeholders.

  • Process starters and leavers and ensure the correct documentation for each.

  • Maintain employee files and keep records, ensuring compliance with Data Protection, Equal Opportunities and Employment Law.

  • Provide up to date, accurate information in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of accuracy.

  • Assist with the annual audit regarding people documentation/ processes.

  • Ensure that all employment related information in the HR system is up to date and accurate.

  • Support the delivery of key people initiatives which may include project work, gathering data, reporting etc.

  • Continuously improve data integrity to ensure that data integrity becomes part of business-as-usual activity.

  • Any other activities as required.

    Previous administration experience in a HR environment

  • High standard of literacy and numeracy
