Full Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we're excited to welcome a new HR Administrator to our growing team based at our Gaydon HQ. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach are key. Your exceptional administrative skills and a keen eye for detail will play a vital role in fostering trust and unity across the team.

This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration and has the courage to adapt communication styles to connect with diverse colleagues. You'll be working alongside a talented HR team, ensuring high-quality support through efficient HR systems, reporting, and employee correspondence.

This isn't just about handling routine tasks as you might be answering a payroll query one minute and resolving a portal issue the next. You'll be given the chance to take ownership, rise to challenges, and help drive improvements. We're looking for someone self-motivated, with a passion for enhancing processes and strengthening the team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a variety of administrative tasks, from onboarding new starters to handling leavers and movers.

  • Supporting face-to-face queries, ensuring seamless communication across portals like benefits and probation management.

  • Juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative to stay on top of things.

  • Being the go-to person for day-to-day employee queries, ensuring each one is handled promptly and professionally.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with colleagues.

  • A methodical, agile approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • A team player, comfortable in a role where every day brings something new.

This part-time role offers 30 hours a week, with a requirement to be on-site for three days, including Mondays when you'll be leading corporate inductions for new starters.

  • At Aston Martin, we take pride in our rich heritage and team atmosphere. For over 111 years, we've crafted the most exhilarating performance sports cars. Now, as we enter an exciting new chapter, we need passionate individuals like you to help us become the world's most desirable ultra-luxury British performance brand.
