Full Job Description

You'll join a multi-skilled, friendly, busy and lively HR department that includes Recruitment & L&D specialisms alongside general HR specialists. Fit is just as important as skills here at Pavers and due to the nature of this role, confidentiality is a must for the successful candidate. Responsibilities of our HR Administrator will include, but are not limited to;

  • Updating HR Systems including HRIS(Cascade & Shopworks)
  • Completing Onboarding set up for new starters on the HR systems
  • Monitoring HR Mailboxes, telephone screening and triage
  • Collating training documents
  • Collating Management Reports using Excel
  • Written and verbal correspondence across all areas of the business
  • Liaising with Store and Department Managers on HR queries
  • Daily Post/Filing/scanning duties
  • Monthly purchase order processing for the HR department
  • Credit Card Reconciliation monthly
  • General HR Administration

    We are looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and excellent Excel and communication skills. Previous HR experience is preferred, but organisation skills, time management and a can-do attitude are a must. We will offer full training and the chance to work in a fun, busy, challenging, and interesting environment with a great team spirit., Excel skills to intermediate level (i.e. formulas, reporting, conditional formatting, summary dashboards with graphs)
  • Strong administration experience is essential, with good attention to detail
  • Experience of dealing with confidential information ideally within a HR department
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and legislation
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Enjoy paperwork
